QFXtoQIF

This is a simple tool (no installation required) to convert the newer Quicken Bank Data import format (QFX) to the older Quicken Bank Data format (QIF). Anyone that uses an older version of Quicken (and possibly other financial software) may need this tool to convert downloaded data from their bank. This program works without a user interface. Simply extract to a folder on your machine, and associate QFX files to automaticall launch with this program. Then any time you double click a QFX file a converted QIF file will be added to the same directory. To associate QFX files with this program: 1) Right click a QFX file and select Open With and then Choose Default Program (If Open WIth is not an option, choose Open) 2) Select browse, and select this program (QFXtoQIF.exe) from the location you extracted the zip file. 3) Make sure the check box for Always use the selected program... is selected, and select OK. Now everytime you double click a QFX file on your computer, a QIF file will be added to the same directory.
