It is ideally for advanced quality control/quality assurance for business with/without Six Sigma knowledge. This installation package include: QIT Production Quality Management System 3.0, QIT Corrective Action Management System 3.81, QIT Sigma Calculator 1.0b, and eDocuement Control Program. Major functions: System generated Traveler for easy data collecting. Use Sigma, Throughput Yield, DPU, and Cycle time to monitor process performance. Utilize Pareto analysis to define key failure mode. Employ trend analysis to verify the effectiveness of improvement actions. Trend analysis for Sigma, Throughput Yield, and Failure Mode. It is fully integrated with QIT Corrective Action Management Systems ISO 9000 corrective action system.
