RealMedia Studio is a lightweight cross-platform utility built specifically for helping you convert, merge, or split RM and RMVB files.
It boasts a clean and straightforward interface that allows users to add files to the list by using the built-in browse function. RealMedia Studio offers support for batch processing, which means you can upload multiple items and convert, join, or split them at the same time.
The program lets you convert RM and RMBV files to the following file formats: AVI, MPEG, VCD, SVCD, DVD, or WMV. Depending on the selected output format, you can configure the video settings in terms of size, frame rate, video source (PAL, NTSC), and others.
What’s more, you can preview the videos in a dedicated pane and get information about them, namely size, length, frame rate, video width and height.
When it comes to splitting options, you are allowed to pick a start and end position, and select the output format. The processed items can be saved to the same file formats as the aforementioned ones.
RealMedia Studio gives you the possibility to join multiple files into a single one and choose the output format. Plus, you can create different projects (converting, splitting or joining) and process all of them or only the selected ones.
During our testing we have noticed that the application carries out a task quickly and without errors throughout the entire process.
