Evaluation and conclusion

It worked smoothly in our tests, without triggering the operating system to hang, crash or indicate errors. CPU and RAM usage was minimal, so it didn't hamper the computer's performance or interfere with the runtime of other processes.
If you resort to a third-party software product, you can even set a global keyboard shortcut for quickly launching Replacement Run Dialog, or even replace the Win+R combination reserved for the built-in "Run" tool. Thanks to its straightforward approach, you can easily get this program up and running.
