RightClick is an OS enhancement tool that provides several options in the system tray, giving you the possibility to create shortcuts to launch applications, as well as to turn off or restart the computer. Evaluation and observations

It features intuitive settings for creating program shortcuts, which means that even users with little experience in quick launchers can easily get familiarized. There were no problems in our testing, since it didn't hang, crash or show errors. CPU and RAM usage was barely noticeable.
On the other hand, it needs you to set up OleDB Access DB drivers to be able to access all its features, and this the reason why some users are likely to lose interest to at least evaluate the utility.
