Microsoft Outlook 2010 and 2007 do not default or save the zoom settings for incoming emails - ie., any time you open an email, it will always default to 100%. Increasing or decreasing the zoom for an incoming email will not save the zoom for future emails. This zoom functionality is a huge problem for several users, especially for those who have a hard time reading on screen. ZoomIn is a addin for Microsoft Outlook that lets you permanently save your zoom percentage in Outlook emails. Once you specify your zoom level, ZoomIn tool will save your setting for all future emails. The next time you click on an email to open, ZoomIn will automatically retrieve your Zoom setting and will adjust the email window to that Zoom level.
