Scroller is a deceptively simple Windows screensaver that takes the content of any Web page or text file and scrolls it up the screen--this allows you to have your favorite blog, news, comic displayed as your screensaver. However, the real value of Scroller becomes apparent when its used on a network, or with a regularly-changing Web page, or both, allowing Scroller to broadcast your "message of the day" to all users on your network.
