Send To Tools packs a collection of applications that are designed to carry out one job each. To get them to properly function you have to drop files on the executables. There is also an alternative, that of creating shortcuts in the Send To context menu.
The latter option will allow you to work easily with batches of files instead of having to add them one at a time to have them processed.
