SendSave for Outlook

SendSave provides a quick and easy way for business users to save copies of important Outlook e-mails (and their attachments) on a server with the rest of Project or Customer Files. Almost all companies store all their files in logical project or customer folders on a central server to organize their files and so people can share information. Letters, Faxes, PDF files, Word documents, reports, pictures, and other files are all stored in this centralized folder system. E-mails are important correspondence that should be saved in the same way and in the same location. Save e-mails is one of the biggest corporate problems. When project folders are backed up to a CD, the e-mails are typically missing. SendSave provides a way for everyone to save the critical e-mails and attachments to the server folder with an easy interface that only requires you to remember the project name - not the folder. Used for saving important contracts, proposals, project correspondence, customer e-mails to the same folder on the server where the rest of that project or customers information is saved.
