Serialex Description

Serialex will help you keep track of all products returned to you validating that the product was actually sold by your company and that the warranty is not expired. Serialex will identify your original supplier with invoice number and date, and then keep track of the whole process of sending the product back to the supplier, receive a replacement and give the replacement to your customer.

A variety of reports are also available. Version 4 has a better designed work flow main screen that makes it a lot easier to navigate and understand the flow of information in the system.
