Service Triggers, enables Windows Services to be started or stopped when certain conditions are met instead of having to run 24x7. Service Trigger Editor is a free administrative utility that can add, change, or view the Triggers configured on Windows Services. It only runs on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 (and later) as Service Triggers are not supported in earlier versions of Windows.
