ShadowBack Description

ShadowBack will automatically back up important files to DVD-R, CD-R, disk, or tape without interfering with the users productivity, yet keep backups as up to date as their latest save. It can back up just your unique work, ignoring files you can get from installation CDs. ShadowBack will automatically back up all of your important files. ShadowBack knows when files have changed and can back them up immediately, knows how to back up data from popular applications even if they are running and have locked their data files, knows where popular applications store data, knows what data doesnt have to be backed up from popular applications, has an automatic mode where the user merely has to insert and label media, and has encryption and compression options. Version 1.5 includes scheduled backups, one-click backups, and saving and loading backup sets.
