ShareByLink Description

Share any file by right-clicking in Windows Explorer using ShareByLink. ShareByLink then generates a sharing link that you can paste into e-mails or instant messages. Files are streamed, so you can share your link before your upload is completed. In addition, computer experts can set up their own file sharing server using PHP. ShareByLink is open-source.
