Slovoed Deluxe German-Greek & Greek-German is an educational tool that enables you to translate words from the German language to Greek and vice versa. Aside from accurate word translation, the software also includes phrases or uses of a particular word in a short sentence. Additionally, it can render several meanings of a word, if they exist.

Comprehensive learning tool

The software allows you to easily switch between the two vast dictionaries of Greek to German and German to Greek. The words are listed in the column on the left, for easy browsing, but you may use the search field in order to find a particular word. Typing in the letters automatically leads to a specific part of the dictionary.
The software can recognize entire words or perform partial word matches. Moreover, it features the wildcard search function, which allows you to identify the desired items even if you are uncertain of the spelling. If you have difficulties in remembering a word, you may easily bookmark it or add it to the quiz cards. The bookmark is a reduced collection, containing your favorite words, while the quizzes are similar to language tests.

Customize the dictionaries

By default, Slovoed Deluxe German-Greek & Greek-German comes with three vast collection of words. The software includes German to Greek and Greek to German dictionaries, with thousands of headwords or phrases, as well as a German sound module, also with thousands of entries. The sound module features the spoken pronunciation of certain words in German.
You may enable the pop-up translation which implies that a translation box appears when hovering on top of a word from the dictionary. Additionally, you may increase or decrease the size of the font in the interface.

Educational tool for learning a new language

Slovoed Deluxe German-Greek & Greek-German allows you to easily learn Greek or German, as long as you know either of the languages. Each word translation is accompanied by secondary meanings of the word, the gender, the case it requires in a sentence, as well as a synonym, for better understanding. The software features vast dictionaries, but you may install your own collection of words, or create articles, thus customizing the translation tool.
