SmtpMailer is a desktop application that allows you to quickly send messages from the desired address to any recipient. The program requires that you provide the connection data for the email server you are using. You may test the connection to the server and if the program confirms it, the emails can immediately be sent.

SmtpMailer is a convenient tool since it allows you to easily send emails from your desktop, at any time, without opening your browser or running the local email client. The program is easy to use, lightweight and does not require installation, a trait that allows you to run it from any location, even removable drives.
The program requires certain details regarding the SMTP mail server connection, namely your email address, username, password, server name and port. It is very important that you provide all the correct parameters, otherwise the connection to the server fails.

Ensure trusted connection to the server

SmtpMailer requires that you specify the level of encryption, TSL / SSL or non-existent and allows you to test the connection before saving the configuration. The entire process must be performed manually since the program cannot automatically detect any parameters - for instance encryption mode or server port number.
If you are unsure of the port number, you can either check the settings in your email client or from your email service provider. Once the connection is established, you can select the encoding algorithm you wish to apply to the data transfer.

Send simple messages with this lightweight tool

SmtpMailer allows you to send plain text emails to a single recipient at a time. This feature can be inconvenient when you need to send bulk messages to a large list of addresses. Moreover, connecting to the server may present with difficulties, due to the strict configuration.
