Socks Proxy Scanner is a small utility that helps you locate socks proxy servers, as the name suggests. It is portable, provides a list of dangerous IPs to scan, and is suitable for network administrators as well as common users.

The program's configuration can be made from the Options panel, where you can select the network adapter, TCP requests per second, maximum threads for testing ports, and the source port. But we haven't found any problems in our evaluation, as the app was stable and didn't display error notifications.
