Sound Club is a lightweight Windows application whose purpose is to help you create music files with the aid of a built-in piano roll type editor, multiple voices, and several preset instruments.

What’s more, you can view length of the song, adjust the ticks per beat and beats per measures, alter the tempo, and use the human voice or other sound effects (musical instruments).
