SpotIM Password Recover

SpotIM Password Recover is a simple-to-use application designed to help you retrieve lost or forgotten passwords to accounts on instant messaging services, such as Trillian, Miranda, ICQ and &RQ. Supported protocols include ICQ, AIM, MSN, Yahoo, Jabber and IRC.
The installation procedure is rapid and does not require special attention from the user. Once it is done, you can run the app to a view a regular window with a plain and simple layout, representing the tool's interface.
All you have to do is click a button, and the tool will immediately retrieve the missing passwords. There are no other notable features available here. Although the tool does not provide buttons for copying the passwords to the Clipboard, printing them, or saving them to file for safekeeping, you can copy them using the global hotkey or opening the context menu.
The utility runs on a very low amount of CPU and RAM, so it does not affect the overall performance of the computer. Since it can be minimized to the taskbar, it does not interrupt normal user activity either. We have not come across any issues throughout our tests, as the app did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs.
All in all, SpotIM Password Recover delivers a simple solution when it comes to retrieving lost or forgotten passwords to accounts on popular instant messaging services. Thanks to its intuitive layout and overall ease of use, it can be handled even by people with no experience in computer software.
