SSuite Office - FaceCom Portal

SSuite FaceCom Portal has been created as a video-chat solution for communication between users of the same local area network.
As soon as launched, the application checks for the availability of a webcam on the system and alerts the user if said device is not found.

IP-based call numbers, support for contact list

FaceCom Portal can call any online client in the network based on their IP address. If the IP is not known to the caller than it can search the network for computers that are currently online.
The application offers the possibility to create a contact list and assign names to the IP addresses for easier and faster recognition of the owner.

Easy configuration procedure

Configuring the program is an easy task thanks to the intuitive list of settings and the low level of difficulty. Users are offered customization options as far as the ringtone is concerned and they can set a maximum duration for the ringing so that it does not become too intrusive.
Additionally, it can send a user-defined message to the person at the other end when the call remains unanswered.
Working with SSuite FaceCom Portal is not a tough job but using it may be a bit difficult in some cases. During our tests it showed stability problems when running a search for online clients in the network; in our case the operation would not reach completion and would not show any results.

Simple video communication tool for LAN

FaceCom Portal is simple and straightforward, with no complicated options or settings that would confuse a regular user. Configuring it has to be done only once and the most frequent options are available in the main application window.
