A solution to start screensaver is to make a direct shortcut to a specified screen saver.
But in this case, each time youd like to change your screen saver you have to recreate shortcut.
To avoid it, just use StartScreenSaver : your current screen saver will be launched, and if you dont have any screen saver configured, a random screen saver will be launched.
