StartStop is a small software application developed specifically for helping you get detailed information about the date, time, and duration of your Windows work sessions.

The utility can be stored on pen drives or other portable devices to carry it with you all the time. You do not have to go through an installation process because you can gain access to the tool’s GUI by opening the executable file.

The start and stop time is expressed in hours, minutes, and seconds, while the elapsed time is revealed in days, hours, minutes, and seconds.
Tests have pointed out that StartStop reveals system information very quickly. It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so the overall performance of the computer is not affected.

Final observations

To sum things up, StartStop provides nothing than a simplistic software solution for helping you get details about the date and time of Windows sessions, and is suitable especially for less experienced users. On the downside, you are not allowed to export the information to a file on your system (e.g. CSV, XLS, plain text) and copy data to the clipboard.
