Internet Explorer version 11, for example, automatically sends the passwords you save, straight to the Credentials Manager. However, even in the Windows Vault, you cannot view the passwords. View credentials and copy the information

SterJo Windows Vault Passwords can reveal the passwords and usernames in its interface. The data is organized into a simple table, by the process that uses it, the URL, username and password. You can easily copy each of the elements to the clipboard, to insert them into the corresponding fields on the login page.
Alternatively, you can copy the entire row to the clipboard, then paste it into a file or another application. Simply click the button functions in the toolbar or select the preferred option from the context menu.

The program can only recover Web credentials, therefore it may not return any results if the passwords stored in the Vault are assigned to other types of processes.
