Checkpoint can load both surface meshes and volumetric DICOM scans and extract multiple surfaces from a DICOM volume. Our easy to use landmark editing interface allows you to quickly place single points, curves, and patches to represent even the most complex specimen morphology. The landmark and semi-landmark points can be used for shape modelling, geometric morphometrics, and can be exported to popular statistical shape analysis software tools or your own custom software.
