System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 Evaluation

System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 (SCSM) is an integrated platform for automating and adapting IT Service Management best practices, such as those found in Microsoft Operations Framework (MOF) and IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL), to your organizations requirements. SCSM provides built-in processes for change control and incident and problem resolution. Through its configuration management database (CMDB) and process integration, Service Manager automatically connects knowledge and information from System Center Operations Manager, System Center Configuration Manager, and Active Directory�® Domain Services (AD DS). Service Manager delivers integration, efficiency, and business alignment for your IT services.

This SP1 release is a rollup of fixes for System Center Service Manager 2010. It contains a number of bug fixes and performance improvements to the System Center Service Manager 2010 release. It is a full release that can be installed stand-alone or as an upgrade from System Center Service Manager 2010 RTM release.

Note: The Evaluation version of System Center Service Manager 2010 SP1 is not upgradeable to a fully licensed version of the product and there is no way to migrate data from an Evaluation version installation to a fully licensed version installation.
