SysTools AOL Backup

AOL Backup is a Windows based software application that allows taking backup of AOL account locally. The emails can be downloaded to various file formats that is supported by diverse mail clients. AOL messages can be saved to MBOX, PST, MSG, and EML files. For user convenience, the software interface is available in six different languages. For backing up the data, the login credentials (username and password) is necessary for validating the AOL account.

1) Once the emails are backed up, the software gives option for deleted the mails from Server. The Delete after Download feature is optional.

2) Emails from folders and sub folders have to be migrated. The folders can be selected for backup through checkboxes.

3) Emails can be filtered by date range and the messages under the specified range will be downloaded.

4) Facility for managing the internal bandwidth by defining the speed in kbps or mbps.

5) The time period for throttling can be defined using Time Slot Settings. Also, the bandwidth to be used in percentage can be defined.

6) Option to Pause or Resume the backup process anytime. The backup will get started from the point where it was paused.

7) For user satisfaction, there is free demo version that allows downloading 100 emails and will expire in one month.
