SysTools Exchange Export

Systools Exchange Export software is a unique tool which allows you to easily export multiple mailboxes from an Exchange Server to PST format. The tool mainly allow users to migrate their emails, calendars, contacts, tasks, notes and journals. Also, the software keeps the original formatting and Meta properties of Exchange mailbox items intact. To view the details associated with each mailbox you just need to simply right click on any of the mailbox and then the Exchange Export software will launch a manager which will show you the detailed information about the mailbox like: number of mails, calendars, contacts, journals, tasks, notes. To view these details there is a need of Administrative Rights. While exporting the mailboxes using Exchange Export tool, you can easily able to apply mail filters to the respective emails. This feature will truly help you to export or move only selective email messages residing in the specified date range. You just need to specify dates of "From" & "To" and the Exchange Export software will move emails of the selected date range from Exchange Mailboxes to Outlook PST file format.
