SysTools Export GroupWise

Export GroupWise tool migrates mailbox data of GroupWise into MS Outlook PST file. The tool is designed for Windows platform and allows exporting mailboxes of any size into Unicode formatted PST file. A medium to move contents of Novell GroupWise platform to Outlook is offered through the tool. To migrate the mailboxes, the software calls for GroupWise login details that include IP Address, Proxy Username, password, and Port Number. The User-IDs enlisted in the tool can be sorted by alphabetical order. With multiple filter options offered in the tool, unwanted items of the mailbox can be excluded from migration process. The software filters unwanted items from the mailboxes. Categories for mailbox items (mails, contacts, calendars) can be chosen from the list. Emails can be filtered according to a defined time interval, folders, and by excluding certain folders that do not hold necessary data. There is calendar filter in the tool so that schedules and appointments for a specific time period would be exported into Outlook PST file. There is an optional feature in the tool to retain the HTML formatting of emails. This ensures no changes in hyperlinks, fonts, attachments in the message. As Novell GroupWise is rarely used these days and quite complicated to access thus moving into MS Outlook is beneficial.
