Tool shows a easy user interface that demonstrates each and every functionalities of the software clearly for the user till the successful backup of the Gmail emails is done.
Retain Folder Hierarchy:
When the backup of Gmail account folder is been executed then the end result will give the entire Gmail email folder stored data will be available in the backup folder created with folder hierarchy maintained.
Create Backup Folder:
User have to create the folder in which entire email data will be stored after tool completes the process of email backup from the user account selected.
Net Connectivity Needed:
For the tool to collect the email data to proceed backup process net connectivity is needed and thus tool is automated to collect entire email information once login ID and Password of the Gmail account is provided.
Login and Get Backup:
User can provide the login ID and Password details so that the tool can collect information from the account and can create backup easily. By selecting the profile name backup email data will be stored in the folder created
Test for Verification:
Once the Login ID and Password of Gmail account is provided, verification test have to be carried out to make sure the account is existing or not
Select Type of Backup:
Incremental backup: Gmail data stored after last configured backup will be backed up
Range backup: Data that comes under defined date range will be backed up
Full backup: Entire Gmail account data will be backed up
Option of EML or PST:
User can select the option to store the data into EML or MS Outlook PST format, and if PST format is selected MS Outlook should be installed in the system.
