One-Click Filing:
Tagwolf allows you to file any email with just one click. Our unique folder prediction algorithm looks at your currently selected email and makes sure that the right folder is shown to you, wherever you are in Outlook. A single click is all it takes to file the email to the selected folder. This saves substantial time compared to manually dragging an email to a large folder structure.
Conversation Filing:
Most emails are part of email conversations and in many cases, you would want to file the entire conversation, not just one email. That’s what Conversation Filing does: with one mouse click, Tagwolf files all the emails in a conversation wherever they are stored.
Advanced Filing:
If you want to file several related emails at a time, Tagwolf’s Advanced Filing feature is the solution. It uses an advanced similarity search algorithm for finding groups of emails that are likely to be about the same topic. This powerful feature allows you to file entire groups of email even if they don’t have the same subject or do not belong to the same conversation. A real time saver when doing spring cleaning on a large inbox.
Folder Selection Panels:
Tagwolf shows you the most likely destination folders on several convenient Folder Selection Panels. These panels come in different flavours: tag clouds, best folder lists, best folder trees and most recently used folder lists. They are available either through the Tagwolf task pane or as a pop-up dialog, which you can easily activate by a keyboard shortcut. In addition, most of Tagwolf's functions can be accessed from the Outlook ribbon as well.
Folder Search:
If the right folder is not available on any of the Folder Selection Panels, Folder Search offers a convenient way to find it, even if you are not sure about the name or the location of the folder. Just type in a few characters of one of the words in the folder name and Tagwolf will show only those folders whose names match the characters in the search box.
Easy Start with the Folder Wizard:
Setting up Tagwolf with your folder structure is easy and fast using the Folder Wizard. Tagwolf is self-learning, so there is no need for defining complicated filing rules. If you already have a folder structure, just point Tagwolf to your top folder and it learns your filing preferences right away. Or create a new folder structure and just start filing. Tagwolf will learn as you go.
Once set up Tagwolf is maintenance-free. Just keep on filing. Tagwolf observes all activity in your Outlook folders, permanently learning and adapting to any changes in the way you file.
