TaskMonifier monitors your CPU, network, or disk usage and executes an action when it falls below a certain threshold. Its a monitor and notifier rolled into one. TaskMonifier can notify you by sound (system beep or .wav file), email or text message (requires a third-party account) or it can hibernate and shutdown your PC.
