TempusBasic is a very efficient utility and convenient that allows you to enter the shift patterns of staff and manage the day to day in a simple and flexible in a graphical environment. We can define multiple work shifts or party hour and then define different cycles or rotations of shifts and holidays. The duty cycles are assigned to the desired time period, or even for discontinuous day calendars, resulting shift patterns. Once obtained the theoretical shift pattern we can introduce changes, adjustments, vacations, etc. and instantly calculates total hours worked and shift distribution.

Different views available: General shift patterns or specific calendar period, availability of personnel and day shifts, time view of Annual Summary for any period of total hours worked and shift distribution, individualized shift pattern: annual or/and monthly per employee.

This is a free version with no time limit but with certain limitations on the commercial version: The maximum number of people working shifts and cycles is limited to 25, and printing reports and exports disabled, single-user application. It does not include modules such as: Incidents, Groups, Fees, Images and others.

The full version also includes a complete custom control user profiles. That is, the possibility to create users with username and password, select the actions you can perform in the application.
