Text Evaluate

Text Evaluate is a desktop software app designed to help its users view text statistics, such as lines, characters and words with as little effort as possible.

Simple and clean looks

The program opts for a straightforward interface, composed of a single window, where all the tools and statistics are grouped together. There is nothing complicated about it and there should be no accommodation issues to any kind of user, even those less familiarized with this type of software.
The text can be imported into the main panel using either the built-in browsing button or by pasting it directly from the clipboard. The statistics are displayed as soon as the text is added.

Main functionality

This software program has the advantage of being portable. It means that it can be easily installed on a USB flash drive or any other compatible portable devices.
Text Evaluate gives its users the possibility to analyze a wide range of features, such as the total number of characters (with and without white spaces), lines (empty and non-empty), letters (uppercase and lowercase), digits, punctuation, and SMS of 160 characters. The statistics are grouped in categories, namely “Characters”, “Lines”, “Classification” and “SMS”.
You can set the application to show or hide any of the categories at any time with one click of the mouse. More than that, it lets you clear all text at once or copy it to the clipboard. Last but not least, it can be used to save the entries from the main panel in TXT format.
No errors occurred during our testing. It doesn’t eat up a lot of CPU and memory, so it does not slow down the overall performance of the computer.
