Theme Browser Description

Theme Browser is a tiny application designed for curious users who want to view information about the operating system's components, parts and states.
These details can be used for finding inspiration when working on various software projects, for instance. The utility has a built-in preview pane and just a couple of options, so it takes little time to fully explore it.

Requires .NET Framework to work properly

It's not necessary to go through a setup operation, thanks to the fact that the downloaded files can be placed anywhere on the disk or copied to a USB flash drive to effortlessly run Theme Browser on any machine.
Just make sure you have .NET Framework installed. Taking a cue from this software framework, the component viewer adopts a standard .NET Framework and adds little of its own when it comes to graphical elements. Instead, it prefers to focus on functionality.

Select a component, part and state

All settings are displayed in this window, so you can open the menus to explore them. All you have to do it pick a component, part number and state to preview it in this panel.
As far as components are concerned, you can choose from BreadcrumbBar, BrowserTab::Tab, CommandModule, ControlPanel, DWMWindow, EmptyMarkup, ListView, ListViewPopup, StartPanel, TaskbandExtendedUI, Tooltip, TrayNotifyFlyout, and TreeView, among others.

Stretch and preview the images

The picture can be previewed in real time (as soon as you make a selection), so there's no need to click a button to make this happen. Also, you can instruct the tool to stretch the image so that it fits the preview area.
All things considered, Theme Browser may not offer much but it gives you a straightforward solution for studying parts of Windows components in various states. It had minimal impact on the computer's performance in our tests and worked smoothly on Windows 10.
