TimeBreak Description

You can set short breaks and long breaks at different intervals and for different periods.
Use short breaks (e.g. 25 seconds every 15 minutes) to refocus your eyes and help concentrate.
Use long breaks to get up and walk around, grab some water, etc.
Gives you a heads up one minute before a break.
You can take a break early.
Very hard to cheat. :)
You can pause iTunes while in a break.
