Just highlight the text - like when you copy/paste text, then move the mouse over the speech bubble or press the hotkeys. Tip Top Text Reader will then display a window containing that text and read it to you.Text is displayed using high-contrast colours e.g. yellow on black and you can change the colours to your own preference. Change the size of text and also the font that is used..
