Top Video Joiner

As the name of this software implies, Top Video Joiner allows you to merge videos files into one item. It supports several formats, including AVI, MPEG and ASF.
The program comes with a plain and simple interface. Importing videos can be done by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" function is not included.
The file list provides the user information on each item, namely the source directory, size and format. Once you have established the output extension, directory and file name, you can initialize the merging procedure with the default settings.
Skilled users can make audio and video modifications when it comes to the codec, frames per second and size. Top Video Joiner does not allow the creation of output profiles and settings cannot be restored to default.
In addition, you can preview clips in a small, built-in media player, which offers the possibility to adjust the volume. During the encoding operation, you can view the total number of frames, buffer and remaining time, along with a progress bar.
The video processing app requires a high amount of system resources, has a good response time and quickly completes a job.  The application offers a step-by-step guide that novices can check out.
But the tool delivers a poor image and sound quality in the output videos. Plus, you cannot cut out specific parts of the clips or set Top Video Joiner to open the output directory after the merging process. Multiple languages and keyboard shortcuts are not available. The interface is not impressive but Top Video Joiner has not been updated for quite some time.
