Total Doc Organizer can search files by file properties like Author, Creator, Keywords, Subject, Title. If you remember the filename vaguely try searching by part of the name. Total Doc Organizer will sort out all the files with certain word in the name. Besides, Total Doc Converter can search by file type, date of creation, tags or language.
