Core Design : The values such as Voltage / turn, Flux in the core, Net core area, Diameter of Circum Circle, Window Space Factor, Window Area, Width of window, Height of Window, Height of Frame, Width of Frame are calculated with just a click by providing the values such as Primary and secondary voltage, Type of Transformer, Type of core and winding material, Rating, 'K' Value, Frequency, Flux Density. Winding Design : The values such as L.V Turn Per Phase, L.V Current Per Phase, L.V Area, H.V Turn Per Phase, H.V Current Per Phase, H.V Area and H.V diameter can be calculated with ease by providing L.V and H.V Current Density. Efficiency Calculation : Efficiency is displayed after calculation of all parameters for core design and winding design (L.V. Strip Size, H.V Wire Size are to be provided by the user). Key Features : Reference values are provided for the user to enter 'k' value,'Bm' Value, Current density etc. Entire data related to internal design of a transformer can be viewed at a glance after calculating corresponding values in core design and winding design.
