Powerful database manager

TriSys Recruitment Software features a database management aspect, which enables you to access and modify the list of candidates, resumes or companies that search for new recruits. The other feature is a powerful searching engine which allows you to identify the desired entry, by a wide range of criteria.
The dashboard on the left side of the main window grants you quick access to Contacts, Companies, Recruitment processes, Placements, Timesheets, CV Auto Recognition, Booking Sheet, Diary Manager and To-Do List. The Placements tab displays a list of the most recent processes of matching a candidate with a suitable job, while the CV Auto Recognition compares new resumes with those that already exist in the database.

Create appointments and schedule tasks

TriSys Recruitment Software also works as a digital agenda, since it offers you useful tools for managing appointments and setting reminders. The To-Do List tab enables you to create calendar entries and set reminders for important tasks. A notification dialog appears at the bottom of the screen each time a task is due.
The menu on the right side of the window allows you to quickly access the most recent reminders you set, as well as candidate sheet and resume. The searching function allows you to not only identify database entries, but also tasks, timesheet entries, agency worker regulations, reports or business intelligence.
