Unicode2ML

Unicode2ML is a small software application designed specifically for helping you convert Unicode Malayalam fonts to ISM ML fonts using simple setup parameters. It can be deployed on all Windows versions out there.

Portable running mode

This is a portable program which enables you to store it on USB flash drives or other devices. Accessing the tool’s GUI requires only opening the executable file because you do not have to go through a configuration process.
Uninstalling it means deleting the files that you have downloaded from your computer. It does not store entries in the Windows registry and leave other configuration files in your system. In addition, you may run the utility on the target system without being an administrator.

Clean looks

The layout looks straightforward and well organized. Unicode2ML does not offer support for a help manual so you need to decode its dedicated parameters on your own. However, the configuration options look highly intuitive so you are not going to spend a lot of time tweaking them.
The user interface is divided into two areas which are responsible for displaying the source and output text content.

Configuration settings

Unicode2ML simplifies the conversion process to only a few clicks. You are offered the possibility to type in the text directly in the main window or paste it from the clipboard. With a single click on the ‘Convert’ button, you can check out the converted fonts displayed in the primary panel. The results can be copied to the clipboard.
Tests have shown that Unicode2ML carries out conversion tasks quickly and without errors. It does not eat up a lot of CPU and memory resources so the overall performance of the computer is not hampered.
