Setup parts and services, suppliers, employees, company sites, organization description, state tax rates, and states/region/provinces. Send email to clients using Microsoft Outlook (must have Outlook pre-installed on your computer). Import and export clients / contacts to and from Microsoft Outlook. Initiate calls directly to clients from within the system using Skype (must have Skype pre-installed on your computer). Backup and restore the database using built-in functions. Import existing part information databases. The program supports international currencies. Also available: 1) Share the CRM database between licensed users through the Universal Client CRM Multi-user edition, 2) additionally create invoices, enter payments and manage returns through the Universal Client Sales Manager Pro edition.

Whats new in this version:

New Features in 3.1: Application opens directly to client information screen. Client information screen has new buttons to access System Management and for display of client report. Example part and employee records added for use in trial version. Fixed the estimate screen to allow for estimate number to be changed to custom number.
