Subsequent to a quick installation process, with no noteworthy events, you can launch the program and start working with it right away, on condition that you have an Internet access, for it to be able to retrieve the necessary data.
VAT Checker’s interface is very simple to handle, requiring a minimal amount of user input, specifically in the ‘VAT Number’ field, being able to perform all other tasks automatically, for instance determining the corresponding country.

Paste your VAT code and learn if it is valid

For starters, you need to enter the VAT number that you intend to work with, either by pasting it from clipboard or by typing it manually into the assigned field. Optionally, you can select the country from the dedicated menu, or you can leave it on automatic mode.
Afterward, you can simply press the ‘Validate’ button and within moments, VAT Checker will connect to the proper European Commision service, retrieving the necessary data and confirming the validity of the code, depending on the situation.
If the result shows the string to be ‘Valid’, the option is automatically checked in the main screen, also displaying the ‘Name’ of the company and its ‘Address’. The data can be copied to clipboard and pasted in another window or file, for further usage.
