Creating a business card from scratch
First, you have to fill in the general contact information, such as name and surname, mobile phone number, email addresses and birthday. In addition to this, you can insert a note for the contact, which appears on the business card.
The next step is to fill in the empty fields in the 'Details' tab. You can add the phone and cell numbers for home and office, fax numbers, pager, as well as a webpage URL.
The electronic business card can also capture other contact information, such as the title, address and organization name. Nevertheless, if you want to create a simpler business card, you can leave some fields empty and they appear unfilled in the output file.

Review and export data

After filling in the contact information, Vcard Studio Express offers you the possibility to review it. This way, you can easily identify possible mistakes and correct them.
The program saves the output in the standard business card file format - VCF, which you can open with email applications, such as Outlook. Vcard Studio Express also allows you to open and modify the content of an existing vCard file.
