VCE Converter Description

VCE Converter is a simple-to-use program that allows you to turn Visual CertExam Suite files (VCE) into VCE Mobile items (VCEM), as the name implies. It can be handled by all users, regardless of their experience level.
The app's wrapped in a small window with an intuitive layout and limited features. The "what you see is what you get" concept clearly applies to VCE Converter, since there are no other options available, aside from the ones displayed in the main application frame.
Loading a VCE item into the working environment can be done by using only the file browser, since the "drag and drop" functionality is not supported. Unfortunately, you cannot process multiple items in a single session. Initializing the conversion procedure is done with the simple click of a button.
On the downside, you cannot preview source or output files, make the app automatically open the output file or directory when the conversion task is finished, as well as minimize it to the system tray area. Furthermore, VCE Converter does not support multiple languages.
The simple tool runs on a low amount of CPU and system memory, so it does not interfere with the runtime of active processes. It is very responsive to key strokes and mouse events, and quickly finishes a task. We have not come across any problems during our evaluation; the utility did not hang, crash or pop up error dialogs. All in all, VCE Converter delivers a straightforward solution to VCE-to-VCEM conversions.
