VM provides complete venture accounting including cutbacks to record your net share of venture revenue and expense as well as cash call payments. VM automatically reconciles joint venture billings and revenue distributions to input transactions from your accounting system.VM focuses management attention on key measures and performance indicators by means of an embedded graphical dashboard. In addition, VM features an electronic data room to centrally store all venture documentation with comprehensive access security.
