Versatil-ID

Versatil-ID is an identification application providing several ways to interact with your human resource and security infrastructure. Connect to an existing database or export data under your specific format requirement and exchange this information through plain text files or via email. Versatil-ID offers multiple authentication schemes to facilitate deployment under the most diverse needs. Identification events may be tagged as entry, out to lunch, helping payroll processing. With multiple built-in identification options such as PIN code, barcode (can be printed from the application and read with a webcam), RFID contactless card and biometric fingerprint Versatil-ID makes it easy. It includes video tutorials and configuration wizards. Print reports and badges with barcodes, define export format to exchange information with existing human resource and security software as text files in your file system or through emails to remote locations. Install Versatil-ID at all your offices and synchronize them through SQL Servers Replication. Use any webcam to take pictures of employees while punching and to read barcodes in one of many encoding formats including 2-D QR code or Data-Matrix. Connect any USB PC/SC compatible RFID reader and use existing Id cards, no need to purchase specialized hardware. Truly versatile, select between Lumidigm, Certis or Digital Persona biometric readers or just use a webcam to read barcodes and take snapshots while identifying (Photo-ID). Use simple PIN entry with Photo-ID and you will be certain there is no buddy punching, no need for expensive readers. It connects to existing databases so there is no need to administer employee information in different places. Use MS SQL Server or Express, Oracle, Access or Azure. Video tutorials and wizards walk you through and explain how to quickly get started. Versatil-ID is easily integrated in organizations with processes in place needing to add flexibility at the front end.
