ActiveX can be used in your programs written in any programming languages which support work with ActiveX/COM controls. In other words, thanks to this library, you can manage the image acquisition process, save, server upload, automatic document feeder and other image pre-processing functions easier.
It is important to note that the library allows you to use the native or buffered memory transfer mode to get images in various formats that make it easier to manipulate. Consequentially, you can retrieve it as HBITMAP, Visual Basic Picture, DIB, HDIB, Base64 or byte array objects.
