Virtual Painter

Virtual Painter is an application that you can use to quickly transform images into paintings.
The interface of the application is clean and pretty intuitive. Pictures can be imported via the file browser or "drag and drop" method (batch processing is also supported).
The effects that you can apply to your photographs include watercolor, oil painting, color pencil, pastel, silk screen, collage, airbrush, drawing, triangles and Gothic oil painting.
In addition, you can duplicate pictures, set the page layout, use the undo, cut, copy and paste functions, as well as view the actual size of a picture.
But you can also trim, resize and rotate images, add text (emboss, shadow, transparent; set font style), as well as change the fabric of the painting (e.g. smooth wooden board, textured paper, marble corkboard) and modify image properties (e.g. scale, rendering, coloration, focus), and others.
Virtual Painter runs on a low-to-moderate amount of system resources and quickly applies effects to images, without freezing, crashing or displaying errors. We haven't come across any kind of issues during our tests.
Unfortunately, we were not able to access the help file. Other than that, Virtual Painter is a pretty straightforward application when it comes to image-to-drawing conversions and we strongly recommend it to all users, mainly novices.
