VisioForge Video Recorder

VisioForge Video Recorder is a reliable software, dedicated to users who wish to capture video feed or images using a series of supported input devices. The software allows you to easily save the videos and pictures to your computer, as the desired format with custom video/audio codec settings.

Several input devices supported

VisioForge Video Recorder allows you to record the live feed from your webcam, as well as record the desktop activity as you can view it on the screen, using no removable recording device. You may also use a DV/HDV camcorder as source or an IP camera over HTTP, RTMP, MMS or RTSP.
The software also supports recording live feed through the TV tuner, thus recording TV channels or shows. Moreover, you can manually select the audio source, if an individual recording device is available, or use the incorporated microphone from the camera. Both 8-bit and 16-bit audio recording devices are supported.

Quality settings and configurations

All output videos/pictures are sent to specific folders, which you may modify from the Settings window. The photos are easily obtained, by simply clicking the ‘Snapshot’ button. The image currently displayed in the frame is captured to JPG format, since the software does not feature image stabilizer or enhancer.
You may choose the output file type for videos, by choosing from the available list: AVI, DV, MKV, MP4, MPEG-1, MPEG-2, WebM or WMV. Several options are available for you to choose regarding the video and audio codecs the software can use for creating media files. Channels, BPS and sample rate can also be selected.

Media player and video creator

With VisioForge Video Recorder, you can easily record your videos and save them straight to your computer. You may also capture the desktop activity, using the specific functions, or record events that are happening in a different place, via the IP camera option. The software features an integrated media player which you can use to render the recorded content.
