The software works best with client cards with barcodes. You just scan the barcode on the card of the client when he enters the club (or enter it from the keyboard) and Fitorg will automatically subtract a visit from his subscription, or bill him for a service or a single visit. Whether to use a barcode scanner (reader) or a standard keyboard is up to you. You can also sell products to your clients and the gym management software will remember these operations, too.

At any time you can see reports for your clients, deliveries, sales, income, balance, your client visits and subscriptions and so on. All reports can easily be printed on a standard printer or exported to a huge variety of formats such as PDF, Excel, Access or as a web page (HTML) for further review or just to send them by email or upload them to the cloud.
